Main Research directions

1. Study on utilization of millet heterosis and breeding of new varieties

Overview of Teaching and Research

Prof. Li has been engaged in the research on utilization of millet heterosis and  breeding new varieties for a long time. She successively presided over 7 projects, including Central Leading Local Fund, Provincial key research and development project, and school breeding engineering project, etc. She has participated in more than 10 projects including Provincial key research and development projects and Innovation team project of Shanxi Province, etc. Presided over and participated in the breeding of 11 millet varieties, published more than 30 papers, formulated a local standard in Shanxi Province, and won the second prize of Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
