Main Research directions

1. Dryland cultivation and crop physiology

Overview of Teaching and Research

Since taking up his post, he has been responsible for the management of about 2300 undergraduate plant physiology experiments in 24 disciplines in 7 colleges of Shanxi Agricultural University, including the College of Agriculture, the College of Animal Sciences, the College of Forestry, the College of Resources and Environment, the College of Life Sciences, the College of Horticulture, and the College of Food Science and Engineering. The participating teaching reform summary project, relying on the cooperation of agricultural science and education base, explored the characteristic path of cultivating "towering" and rich new farmers, and won the first prize of Shanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education) (ranking fourth).

 

The main research direction is dryland cultivation and crop physiology. The achievements of dryland wheat participated in the summary have won the second prize (ranking third) of Science and Technology (Science and Technology Progress) of Shanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the second prize (Science and Technology) of Excellent Achievements in Scientific Research in Colleges and Universities of Shanxi Provincial Department of Education. 8 papers were issued, including 3 SCI papers, 3 A-level papers, 4 authorized utility model patents, and 2 applied for invention patents.
