Li Guangxin, male, born in1975, member of Communist Party of China, PhD degree, Associate researcher, master instructor, working at the Agricultural College of Shanxi Agricultural University, post expert in the industrial technology system of farming and cultivation of modern agricultural Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanxi Province, Agricultural expert of Shanxi Rural Correspondence University of Science and Technology.

He has been engaged in the scientific research of the selection and cultivation of medicinal plants and crop varieties for a long time, presided over 5 national key research and development sub-projects, provincial promotion and key research and development projects, and participated in more than 10 projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, provincial key research and development, provincial promotion and so on. He has also published more than 10 papers as the first author in journals above the provincial level, of which one was included in SCI and one was included in EI, obtained 2 national invention patents, participated in the verification and identification of more than 10 crop varieties and won the second prize of Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of Provincial Rural Technology Contracting Award.
